Room Manager – N Family As a Room Manager at N Family, you will lead a team of educators in a nursery family room, driving passion, innovation and high‑quality care and education for children. Your key responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive as a team. Lead our "learning through play" ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair. Be a role model for outstanding care and education, inspiring your team to bring their best every day. Champion continuous improvement, keeping practice fresh, creative and outstanding. Shape the daily routine of your room, ensuring smooth transitions from mealtimes to nap times to play times. Support your team to plan, observe and deliver high‑quality learning experiences tailored to every child. Coach, guide and motivate your team through regular feedback and professional development. Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children's learning. Embed and role‑model our safeguarding, health and safety and well‑being standards across your room. Qualifications Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, nursery practitioner, nursery nurse or early years educator. For Baby Room Managers: experience working with children under 2 years. Experience in leading and coaching a team. Background in delivering consistent and exceptional customer service. Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above). Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and commitment to remain compliant. Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update regularly. Passion for education and changing children's lives. Positive, proactive outlook. Strong decision‑making ability to support and achieve WIGs (Wildly Important Goals). Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary – £31,346 - £34,778 per annum. Performance bonus – up to £1,200 annually. Mandatory £1,000 Welcome Bonus (T&C apply) . Flexible working – choose 4-5 days a week.
