About the Opportunity

We are seeking an organized, proactive  Engineering Support Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support to engineering teams and project managers. This position plays a critical role in keeping engineering projects organized by coordinating meetings, managing documentation, supporting project execution, and serving as the administrative backbone for engineering groups.

What You'll Do

Engineering Team Support

• Provide administrative support to engineering managers and project teams.
• Coordinate engineering meetings, workshops, and project events.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics.
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.
• Support meeting planning, catering, and event coordination.

Project Coordination

• Support engineering project execution from initiation through completion.
• Assist with key engineering initiatives and project activities.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coordinate communication across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Help maintain project organization, workflow, and team alignment.

Documentation & Technical Administration

• Create, edit, and maintain engineering documentation.
• Develop work instructions, procedures, and process documentation.
• Prepare onboarding materials and orientation communications.
• Support document control processes and records management.
• Ensure compliance with established engineering documentation standards.

Engineering Administration

• Support engineering department administrative activities.
• Assist with commercial and technical coordination tasks.
• Maintain project records, files, and correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support for engineering operations.

Technology & Process Improvement

Leverage technology to improve team efficiency and collaboration, including:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Microsoft Forms
• Microsoft Loop
• Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools
• Project management and collaboration platforms

Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and increase team productivity.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience supporting engineering, technical, or project teams.
• Experience with document control and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, or project events.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows and project environments.
• Experience using Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Loop, and Microsoft Copilot.
