The Role We are hiring a Compliance and Onboarding professional in the West Palm Beach area. This person will be a registered individual with the firm and will own compliance and onboarding day to day. Responsibilities \n

• Support the firm's National Futures Association registration and ongoing regulatory obligations
\n
• Build and maintain compliance policies and procedures, including Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer
\n
• Manage onboarding with trading venues, custodians, and banking partners
\n
• Onboard investors and trading clients, including account documentation and verification
\n
• Monitor trading activity and escalate issues
\n
• Maintain regulatory filings, records, and audit readiness
\n
• Serve as the point of contact with regulators and counterparties on compliance matters
\n

• Active Series 3 license

• Clean background: no regulatory disciplinary history,
