Job Description

·         Lead and manage a team of 19 non-union Maintenance Technicians across 3 shifts in a hands-on, floor-driven capacity

·         Oversee all equipment and facility maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency

·         Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime

·         Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing maintenance organization

·         Manage departmental budgets and oversee Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects from planning through execution

·         Maintain responsibility for the inventory and spare parts room, ensuring proper stock levels and organization

Key Requirements

·         Minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role managing maintenance teams

·         Demonstrated career stability and tenure with previous employers

·         Background in a highly automated manufacturing (MFG) facility environment is required
