Director Of Finance - IndustrialConfidential search for an established, privately held global manufacturer of engineered industrial components serving energy, industrial, and renewable markets.You'd turn operational data into decisions that protect margins and fund growth, reporting directly to the CFO and leading a small, experienced finance team.Close the books monthly within 8 business days, with variance analysis that catches cost or margin issues earlyBuild an 18-month rolling forecast accurate to within 5 percent, funding capex for new productionLead annual budgeting across plant, sales, and R&D while holding SG&A to planFind and execute $2M+ in working capital and cost savings within 18 monthsDeliver board-ready financials and KPI dashboards on product-line and plant performancePartner with operations to price new products at target margin from day oneWhat we're looking for:Proven record closing books and forecasting in manufacturing or industrial environments of similar scaleHands-on cost accounting, inventory valuation, and product-line profitability experienceCPA or equivalent, 8+ years of progressive finance leadershipComfortable presenting to owners and operators without the jargon Build People
