Microsoft 365 Financial Implementation Specialist / Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Financial Implementation Specialist / Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing the implementation of Microsoft 365 Financial applications and solutions for our company. Your expertise in finance and Microsoft 365 technologies will play a crucial role in optimizing our companies financial processes and driving our digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our finance team to understand our financial business processes, requirements, and objectives.
• Design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 Financial applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Microsoft Power Platform, and related modules.
• Customize and tailor Microsoft 365 Financial solutions to align with clients' specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement within the financial domain.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive implementation plans, timelines, and project documentation to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on leveraging Microsoft 365 Financial tools to streamline financial operations, enhance reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective utilization of implemented solutions and facilitate a smooth transition for end-users.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft 365 Financial technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, scoping, and proposal development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in implementing Microsoft 365 Financial solutions, preferably including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft 365 Financial applications, Power Platform, Power BI, and related tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, or equivalent certifications, are highly desirable.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
