ABA Therapy Technician (RBT) — 1:1 Home-Based Care

Tellos is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect progress data, assist with assessments, and provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' home settings, collaborating with BCBAs, Speech and Occupational Therapists.
The role requires RBT certification or strong preference for it, at least 6 months of relevant experience with autism or developmental disabilities, and a valid driver’s license.
