Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a circulating RN in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center environment
• Support a wide variety of surgical service lines including orthopedic/sports medicine, general surgery, ENT, pediatrics, GYN, podiatry, plastics, and urology
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in the OR and support PACU operations at a 2:1 ratio as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OR charge nurses, PACU RNs, surgical techs, SPD techs, and radiology techs
• Float to additional surgery center locations in the Denver area on an as-needed basis
• Document patient care using paper-based records and SIS electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice in Colorado
• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability and willingness to float to multiple surgery center locations within the Denver area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience circulating across a variety of surgical service lines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Pediatric (PEDS) surgical experience
• Flexible, self-motivated, and positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
