Master of Social Work (MSW) – School Based Social Worker

Prosperity Placement Solutions is seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals with a Master's in Social Work (MSW) for a behavioral health counseling opportunity in Arcadia, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive counseling and behavioral health services
• Assist with patient assessments and treatment planning
• Conduct psychotherapy sessions within outpatient and school-based environments
• Collaborate with behavioral health professionals and care teams
• Maintain patient documentation and treatment records
• Support patients experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges

Qualifications

Required

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for behavioral health and patient advocacy
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
• Comfortable working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Supervision is provided

Preferred

• Experience in counseling or case management
• School-based or outpatient behavioral health experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Familiarity with multicultural populations
