Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our dynamic Family Medicine Residency Program located in Jackson, California, as Core Faculty. • Flexible Work Structure: 0.8-1.0 FTE
• Faculty/Teaching Commitment: 0.5-0.7 FTE
• Clinical Responsibilities: 0.3-0.5 FTE (negotiable)
• Core Faculty Compensation: $171/hour (up to 0.7 FTE)
• Collaborative Opportunities: Work alongside faculty in Sacramento and Davis
• Full-Scope Rural Family Medicine: Engage with high complexity cases
• Curriculum Development: Play a key role in shaping resident education
• OB Services: Optional but welcomed
• Inpatient Experience: Highly valued

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Enthusiastic about resident education and mentorship
• Interested in developing curriculum and fostering faculty growth
• Comfortable practicing full-scope family medicine
• Dedicated to continuity of care for medically and socially complex populations
• Enjoys performing a variety of medical procedures

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active clinical practice with the ability to supervise and evaluate residents
• Experience with ACGME competency-based assessments
• Involvement in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and program enhancement
• Qualified and credentialed to provide direct patient care and oversee residents

Compensation and Benefits:

• Two-year income guarantee with a pathway to becoming a shareholder
• Potential earnings exceeding $320,000 in the first year
• Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000
