SCHEDULE & WORK-LIFE BALANCE Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a rotating on-call system. While overtime may be needed during peak demands or urgent situations, we prioritize work-life balance and actively work to minimize mandatory overtime.
