Wink, TX: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Journeyman Electricians for a long-term data center construction project in Wink, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed journeyman electricians looking for consistent overtime on a large-scale project. The position offers $36.00/hour , $175/day per diem , and 60-75 hours per week , working 6-7 days per week .

Essential Duties:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on a data center construction project.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
• Install conduit, cable trays, wiring, panels, switchgear, and electrical equipment.
• Perform electrical terminations and ensure all work meets NEC and project specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all OSHA and site safety requirements.
• Work effectively with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.

Requirements/Skills:

• Active Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience .
• Must have a valid driver's license .
• Must provide your own hand tools .
• Must have required PPE, including hard hat and gloves .
• Ability to work 60-75 hours per week , including weekends as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen .
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safe electrical work practices.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work on a long-term project.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions and active construction environments.
• Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workday.
