Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy tailored to clients facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared objectives related to patient care.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments using evidence-based methodologies to determine client needs accurately.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have access to the necessary support services and resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, therapeutic sessions, and care plans in compliance with agency practices.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly to meet evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support to clients in urgent situations.

• Participate in continuing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned to ensure continuous client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on delivering care to a vulnerable client base that includes individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and varying belief systems. The LCSW will work with clients experiencing extreme mental health challenges, ensuring that services are tailored to their unique needs with a focus on empowerment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
