Pivot Rehabilitation focuses on providing effective therapy solutions with our patients, partners, and clinicians in mind.QualificationsEssential Functions:Screens, evaluates, and treats patientsCompletes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and proceduresReviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindicationsEstablishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or functionSupervises Occupational Therapist Assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice actInterprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team membersQualifications:Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational TherapyCurrent licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of current practiceMust have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients' family members, and staffMust be capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodationsDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion are at the heart of Pivot.
