THE FACILITY

• Large ~270-bed skilled nursing facility
• Long-term care, rehab, and memory care (~70 beds)
• Busy, high-acuity environment with ongoing need for RNs

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents
• Administer medications and IV therapy
• Oversee LPNs and CNAs
• Handle admissions, discharges, and care planning
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation

WHAT YOU NEED

• Active CT RN license
• SNF / LTC experience REQUIRED
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Comfortable supervising staff
• Must work every other weekend (NO exceptions)
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-acuity setting
