Marketing AssistantUnder the direct supervision of the Leasing Manager, Marketing Assistants are responsible for general office, administrative and leasing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by the supervisory personnel.Answering the phoneLeasing functions (monitoring leasing staff, schedules, lead tracking software and market plan)On Campus and Off Campus MarketingSorting the office mailScheduling and Completing Tours of CommunityGeneral filingCollects rent and writes receiptsPhoto copies checks and other materialAssists in all mailingsPlaces follow up maintenance calls to residents to survey quality of work performed by the maintenance staffMaintains log to document vendors working within the buildingMonitors suppliesAssists in auditing the lease files for completenessWorks with the management in the preparation of keys for check-in/check-out/turn aroundOther duties as assigned by managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Graduate required Business or Trade School preferredKnowledge of or experience working with the latest version of MS Office programs to include Word, Excel and OutlookTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job duty satisfactorily.
