CNA - LTC


Job Details:


• 12-hour variable shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float requirements include Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River locations - floating can and will be prescheduled if needed
• May be low censused and placed on call with a minimum 2-hour call back requirement
• Minimum 1+ year of previous experience required with recent inpatient hospital experience required
• Charting experience in Epic required
• Critical Care Unit experience required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, WI CNA
• High school diploma required; Associate Degree or Certificate preferred
• Any scrubs permitted but must be clean and work appropriate
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
