Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, determining appropriate clinical diagnoses based on established criteria.

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring flexibility in your approach based on individual needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide a sign-on bonus, subject to terms.
