Provide training and support to school staff, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on behavior management strategies and techniques. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for students. Collect and analyze data on student behavior to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
