Program Manager and Operational Effectiveness Lead

Job Family: Operational Effectiveness. Travel Required: Up to 10%. Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph. What You Will Do: Lead teams and growth within Guidehouse's Defense and Security Segment with a specific focus on our IC clients. Have on the ground presences and leadership over teams delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness support to our clients. Responsibility for outcome based performance of your teams and exceptional contract delivery. Ability to coordinate with colleagues to have an impactful and positive effective on business operations and growth. Manage client and team relationships through accountable project and contract management. Develop and mentor more junior staff. What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph. Bachelor's degree. SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience as a Program Manager. SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience in a financial management discipline. Prior experience leading teams in business or finance related disciplines within the federal government. Active PMP, or equivalent PM certification. What Would Be Nice To Have: TEN (10)+ years' experience leading teams within the IC and familiarity with IC budget, systems, and governance. Experience and success with business growth. The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
