Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical medication reviews, and collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and therapists to optimize patient outcomes. You will educate patients and families on safe medication use, maintain strict regulatory and documentation standards, and contribute to a nurturing culture focused on high-quality, patient-centered rehab care and professional growth.
