Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.Senior Technical RecruiterWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis and drive the growth of our North American teams, specifically in our Chicago office. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with our hiring teams to spot, attract, and hire top talent, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing organization.What you'll do:Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation;Collaborate with the teams to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for our Tech and Product teams;Proactively spot and engage top talent through creative sourcing techniques, cultivate strong connections with candidates, and ensure a positive hiring experience through clear communication and support;Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies while fostering an inclusive hiring process that values diverse perspectives;Work closely with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires;Multiply your experience and knowledge working closely with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.Who you are:You have a minimum of 7 years experience in Technical Recruitment - expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data focused roles preferred;Passionate about Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market; Fintech/Payments experience and knowledge of the local Chicago market is greatly appreciated!Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes;Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively;Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent poolAdditional InformationThis role is based out of our Chicago office.
