Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate cherry picker (order picker) equipment to retrieve inventory from racks and shelves.
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick tickets, preparing items for shipment or staging.
- Move products within the warehouse, organize materials, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues.
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy efforts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating cherry picker or other powered industrial equipment, such as sit-down or stand-up forklifts.
- Forklift certification (sit-down, stand-up, or cherry picker) required or must be able to obtain one.
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and basic computer literacy for scanner use.
- Active warehouse setting with material movement and order fulfillment.
- Collaborative team environment valuing safety and accuracy.
