TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned company with 20+ years of clinical excellence. Our outpatient clinics treat a diverse mix of orthopedic, sports, and neurological patients using state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based protocols.
*** All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type *** Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors
Occupational Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet patients' goals and needs
- Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility
- Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally
- Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Consult and practice with other health professionals
- Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
- Document patient care services
Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:
- Valid State OT License
- Bachelors and/or Master's Degree from an accredited physical therapy school
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Good organization skills
- Good written skills
