Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) /Home Health Aide (healthcare/certified nurse assistant/home health) Job Responsibilities Specific duties for this health care position include : As a CNA or Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing nursing and nursing related services to residents consistent with each resident's comprehensive assessment and plan of care. You must maintain a homelike environment for residents, protects and promotes resident rights, and assists each resident to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible. CNA or Home Health Aide (healthcare/certified nurse assistant/home health) Job Requirements We are looking for CNAs or Home Health Aides who have the heart to serve with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring exceptional outcomes and a high degree of resident satisfaction. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with a diverse population. Specific qualifications for this role include: Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or acceptable verification of this from State Nurse Assistant Registry. Has no finding in the Registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property. Prior experience giving personal care to impaired individuals in a healthcare setting is preferred.
