In this role, you’ll be responsible for welding metal components with precision and consistency, helping us deliver high-quality, American-made products. Key Responsibilities: · Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal parts and assemblies · Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders · Set up welding machines based on job requirements and materials · Inspect and measure finished work to ensure it meets quality standards · Meet production levels and deadlines for each job · Maintain a clean and safe work environment · Collaborate with Supervision and team members to meet production goals and deadlines Requirements: · Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding in a production environment · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality · Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods · Familiarity with shop tools, safety protocols, and general fabrication processes Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!) 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (3-day weekends!)
