This role will support the admin and operational tactics of the retail team of 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay through supporting the management of vendors, suppliers, administrative tasks and operational retail support.REQUIRED:* Passionate about organization and details with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.* A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.* Prior experience in an administrative role, strong organization and technical skills, ability to multi-task and a team player.* Prior experience in retail is a plus.* Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.* 2+ years of experience in reservations or guest services, preferably in lifestyle or luxury hospitality* Passion for the mission and values of 1 Hotels, with general knowledge of sustainability issues* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Strong interpersonal skills and service/hospitality orientation* Team player willing to pitch in to support colleagues in all areas* This role will sit on-site.As a mission-driven company, our purpose is our true north, and our compass guides the way.
