Onsite Support Technician
12 Month Contract (W2)
Teterboro, NJ (On-Site)
- PC Hardware/Software troubleshooting parts replacements and installation
- Basic understanding of PC functionality. Tech will assist customers and install device security, McAfee, and CrowdStrike.
- Configure laptop devices as required.
- Networking and Wireless knowledge.
- Resolve technical IT issues for clients via phone, or remote support.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of networking
- Familiar with Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Production/manufacturing environment experience is a plus
- Experience supporting production-related equipment, label printers is a plus
- 2 years + experience working on repairing or break/fix work for computer hardware including laptops.
- A+ certification preferred.
