Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2010 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 22 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local&travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials:Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Required Skills/Experience:IV start, tele, and intermediate skills required.

Unit Details:Adult patient population.Nephrology, urology (surgical and non-surgical), benign hematology, and med-surg patients.

Shift&Scheduling:Every other weekend and every other holiday required.No call.

Floating Requirements:Traveler will be required to float to different units within the OSU organization as needed.

14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years
