Janitorial Grounds/SanitationIn the Janitorial Grounds/Sanitation role, you will provide a welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness of resort grounds. This includes daily upkeep of outdoor areas, trash removal, equipment care, and prompt response to cleanliness and maintenance needs throughout the property.ResponsibilitiesJanitorial Grounds/Sanitation responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain resort grounds daily, ensuring parking areas, walkways, entrances, and common spaces are clean, safe, and visually appealingPerform sanitation duties, including emptying property and garage trash cans, removing trash from chutes to dumpsters/compactors, collecting restaurant trash, pulling residential cans for city pickup, wiping down trash cans, cleaning smoker canisters, and cleaning/servicing all on-site dumpstersAssist with large item removals as requested by homeownersConduct regular litter pickup and operate leaf blower to clear walkways and outdoor areasPerform daily pool deck dutiesPressure wash surfaces and paint exterior fixtures such as signposts and fencing as neededMaintain equipment and supplies in safe working conditionKeep all storage areas, shops, and mechanical rooms clean, safe, and secure; report issues to the Chief EngineerConduct daily walk-throughs to identify and address immediate needs; clear grounds of weeds, brush, and debrisPromptly respond to guest concerns, report resolution to front desk or Chief Engineer, and perform duties with minimal disruptionKeep the Chief Engineer fully informed of any significant issues requiring attentionOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMDue to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysValid Drivers License requiredAbility to perform physically intensive tasks, pulling/pushing heavy itemsMust be willing to work outdoorsWeekend availabilityPassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersProven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detailTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsWhat can you look forward to?All team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!Qualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
