With more than 800 products, Iberia Foods connects customers with Caribbean and Latin American cuisine. We are seeking a Merchandise to join our team in the Mid West. We will train the right individual who will learn to provide and deliver product services at major retailers. The ideal candidate will deliver great service to our customers by ensuring that their shelves are stocked with products in the right quantities and displays them in a way that optimizes sales. Responsibilities Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and the company's objectives. Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory stock. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves to create visibility and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear outs. Stock shelves, arrange and maintain product displays, and remove dated or damaged products from store shelves. Build professional relationships with internal and external management. Benefits and Compensation Hourly pay range starts at $16 to $18 per hour based on experience. Full training provided. Reimbursement allowances and opportunities to learn and grow.
