No prior experience is required, but candidates must hold a valid Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuity License. This is an in-person, W2 position! No 1099 earnings, you have guaranteed weekly base pay with earning potential in the 6 figures! What We Offer Base Pay: Full - time, W2 position, $20.00 per hour + bonus + commissions Earning Potential: First year income opportunity up to $150,000 including hourly wages, commissions, and bonuses. Leads: Client initiated inbound leads - no cold calling, no chasing! Benefits: Health reimbursement, 401K and PTO after 90 days. Skills Self-starter with initiative, drive, and ambition. Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes and products. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in sales administration tasks.
