DESCRIPTION:Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty is currently hiring regional sales leaders across Northeast Ohio.We are primarily seeking current broker/owners or managing brokers of independent real estate brokerages. However, we also encourage experienced sales managers, team leaders, and office managers who is ready to step into a larger regional leadership role to apply. If you are interested, you can apply in under 60 seconds, and we will follow up with you quickly.RESPONSIBILITIES:Qualifications for this roles include:An active Ohio real estate license (broker license strongly preferred).Experience running a brokerage, office, or producing team, with a proven track record in recruiting, coaching, retention, and P&L management.COMPENSATION:Base pay of $70,000 - $120,000 based on experience, plus performance bonus tied to net agent count, retention, and market share.
