Latitude is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 2‑3 years of experience for a partner‑track position at a dynamic firm in Atlanta with a strong real estate practice. This is an immediate need. Requirements Of The Commercial Real Estate Attorney At least 2 years of commercial real estate experience, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, financing, dispositions work, and commercial real estate closings Prior experience practicing in the commercial real estate department of a large corporate law firm, with a commercial real estate boutique firm, or in‑house with a commercial real estate development company is preferred Excellent academic credentials Licensed to practice law and in good standing (licensed in Florida or ability to become so) Outstanding references required Position Details For The Commercial Real Estate Attorney Type of role: Permanent Schedule: Full‑Time Location: Hybrid, Jacksonville, Florida Compensation: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience Compensation The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $175,000 to $200,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
