We're seeking skilled Plumber Technicians to support construction and infrastructure projects in the Manassas area. What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, and troubleshoot plumbing systems on active construction sites.

• Test, diagnose, and repair water distribution and waste systems.

• Identify and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, pressure problems, blockages, and pump failures.

• Install and maintain piping systems using PVC, ABS, PEX, flexible hose, and related materials.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.

• Ensure all work meets safety standards, code requirements, and project expectations.

• Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and construction teams to complete projects on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Plumber Technician, Commercial Plumber, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, and construction practices.

• Experience installing, repairing, and troubleshooting water and waste systems.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work safely in active construction environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of pump systems and pump curves.

• Experience with PVC, ABS, PEX, and flexible hose systems.

• Commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction experience.

• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.

Work Environment

• Active construction sites and infrastructure facilities.

• Work involving temporary construction plumbing, portable sanitation systems, and jobsite facilities.

• Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

• Hands-on, physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and movement throughout the day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas Park, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
