Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. By leveraging teletherapy, you will create a supportive environment that encourages openness and healing, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients effectively.
\n
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward diverse client backgrounds.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple client needs.

• No documented history of disciplinary actions on licensure board.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery is a plus.

• A minimum of two years working in a clinical setting with adult clients preferred.

• Training and certification in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is highly regarded.
