Description:
Provides specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities.
Helps students achieve academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collaborates with educators, service providers, and families.
Develops and implements individualized learning plans.
Monitors student progress.
Creates a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Ensures compliance with special education requirements.
Fosters student growth, independence, and success.
