Role Overview This position involves providing high-quality, holistic nursing care in a Neuro Stepdown unit. Key Responsibilities Lead patient care by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans Coordinate communication among multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions Monitor patient conditions vigilantly, documenting and responding to clinical changes Manage physician and nursing orders, including discharge planning Qualifications Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure Skills & Attributes Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to adapt care plans to patient needs.
