Machine Operator Compensation

• Pay rate: $19.50 per hour
• Shift: Mon - Thu, ends 7am, Fri (4/10 work schedule with 1-hour break)

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
• Work effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Make effective decisions relative to position requirements and follow instructions within routine practices.
• Work under direct supervision, adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific process or method.
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks involving prescribed steps.

Machine Operator QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

• Shift: Mon - Thu, ends 7am, Fri (4/10 work schedule with 1-hour break)
• Work environment includes in-person interviews.
• Must be able to work flexible and extended hours and report punctually.
• Ability to read, write, interpret specifications, and perform basic math calculations.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Education/Licenses Needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years previous machine operator experienc e
