JOB SUMMARY

Division 9 Coating Specialists LLC is seeking experienced and dependable Professional Painters to join our growing team in Miami, Florida.

We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial painting, waterproofing, and specialty coatings throughout South Florida.

The ideal candidate has hands-on painting experience, understands proper surface preparation, and can deliver high-quality finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial properties.

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, cleaning, and priming.

• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment.

• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, stucco, concrete, masonry, and metal surfaces.

• Properly mask and protect floors, windows, furniture, and surrounding areas.

• Follow project specifications and manufacturer application requirements.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

• Inspect completed work and correct imperfections to achieve professional finishes.

• Work efficiently with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience preferred.

• Experience with interior and exterior painting.

• Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers.

• Knowledge of proper surface preparation, primers, and coating applications.

• Ability to perform minor drywall and stucco patching.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout South Florida.

• Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience with commercial painting, waterproofing, specialty coatings, or fine-finish spraying is a plus but not required.

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT

Starting pay is $18.75 per hour.

Pay increases are available based on demonstrated skills, experience, workmanship, productivity, and performance.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
