Join our team:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Painter & Assistant, who is excited to learn and cross-train on a variety of additional duties when needed. This individual will be responsible for painting and inspection of products in accordance with company standards while ensuring a safe and clean working environment and assisting other teams as needed during downtime. Prior experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment is a plus but not required. This is an on-site, full-time entry-level role scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with occasional opportunities for overtime as needed.

What you will do:

· Paint finished products in accordance with company standards

· Inspect finished work to ensure quality and correct as needed

· Conduct final product inspections to verify correct dimensions and ensure no flaws

· Read and interpret guidelines and work orders

· Clean and perform maintenance of the paint gun on a scheduled basis

· Prepare and pack all finished products for shipment

· Open boxes, crates, and/or other containers as needed

· Perform physical inventory when required

· Follow all safety requirements, wear PPE, inspections, and safe lifting procedures

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Assist with facilities maintenance duties as needed

· Assist in cross training within other departments as needed

· Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

· Ability to promote quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness

· Be capable of identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner

· Capable of adapting to changes in the work environment with competing demands and unexpected task assignments

· Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations

· Ability to efficiently prioritize and plan work activities and develop realistic action plans

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

· Ability to respond to management direction appropriately, and solicit feedback to improve performance

· Use of conventional and precision measuring instruments

· Ability to communicate and work professionally with other employees, sales, management, and outside clients

· Ability to read, write, and speak English

· High school diploma, or equivalent

· Prior warehouse experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

· Frequent standing, bending, lifting, moving, reaching

· Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changes in temperature, heat, noise, and metal materials

· If hired, you will be required to undergo a background check and urinalysis test. We do NOT screen for Marijuana/THC, and this does not affect your possibility of employment.
