Supervisory Accountant
As a Supervisory Accountant at the GS-0510-14 grade level, some of your typical work assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Establishes Financial Operations policies, procedures, and internal controls; ensures compliance with Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Department of the Treasury, and other United States Government statutes and regulations.
- Develops, implements, and monitors corrective actions associated with findings and recommendations from financial statement audits.
- Develops short- and long-range plans for the management of human and material resources to achieve program objectives.
- Provides advice and assistance to all levels of USMS management on assigned program areas.
- Exercises full supervisory authority over subordinate accounting staff to plan, assign, and evaluate work in support of APC financial program objectives.
