CNA or HHA Care Manager

Job Summary:

HomeWell Care Services - Flagler Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA or HHA Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our clients, while also providing exceptional support to our caregivers. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA or HHA and are passionate about delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.

Work Schedule :

Saturday and Sunday 8am-4:30pm

Monday Wednesday Friday 11am-7:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and conduct new client intakes in a professional and efficient manner

• Utilize strong communication and computer skills to efficiently manage client and caregiver interactions

• Conduct interviews with caregivers to ensure the highest level of quality care

• Maintain caregiver compliance with continuing education unit (CEU) certificates and ensure adherence to company policies

• Supervise caregivers and provide support as needed to ensure exceptional client care

• Review caregiver care logs, educate, and support caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery

• Establish and maintain daily and weekly contacts with clients and caregivers

• Fill in shifts as needed to ensure continuous client care and support

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Provide support and assistance as needed to accommodate the company's growth and development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA or HHA

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Ability to work extra hours as needed
