Work closely with families as their child's primary educator, encouraging their involvement in the child's education and supporting the development of strong relationships between children, families, and teachers; offer opportunities for families to participate in curriculum activities outside of the classroom.
4. Develop and implement engaging daily learning experiences that cater to the unique needs, interests, and abilities of each child.
5. Ensure completion of essential teaching responsibilities, including:
6. Conducting comprehensive developmental and behavioral screenings for each child within the first 45 days and maintaining ongoing observation and assessment procedures throughout their enrollment.
7. Planning and delivering daily classroom activities that are both teacher-initiated and child-led, tailored to meet the individual needs and interests of the children.
8. Completing four family visits per year, scheduling them at the family's convenience, with a goal of two home visits and two center visits annually.

To be considered, the candidate must be at least 21 years old and possess a minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a minimum of 6 courses in ECE/Child Development, including one course in Child Growth and Development
