Are you someone who enjoys variety in your day and takes pride in quality work? We are looking for a Driver / Industrial Painter to join a growing manufacturing team in Troy, Ohio. This hands-on position combines local deliveries and material handling with industrial painting duties in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working both on the road and in the shop.

What You'll Do

Transportation & Material Handling

• Safely load, secure, and transport materials, equipment, and finished products.

• Make local pickups and deliveries using a company pickup truck or flatbed.

• Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.

• Maintain delivery records and required documentation.

• Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations.

Industrial Painting

• Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.

• Apply coatings using air-pressure spray guns and airless painting equipment.

• Read work instructions and technical drawings to identify surfaces requiring protection.

• Use jigs and fixtures when applicable.

• Maintain paint equipment, booths, and work areas.

• Monitor inventory of paint and related supplies.

• Assist with assembly and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a driver physical.

• Experience loading and securing materials for transport.

• Forklift experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred:

• Industrial painting experience.

• Crane operation experience.

• Experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

• Familiarity with paint jigs and fixtures.
