We are seeking enthusiastic, ambitious, and creative entry-level graphic design professionals to join our print design department . This is a full-time, on-site position with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll combine your design skills with customer service, becoming the first point of contact for our clients. Every day, you’ll make a difference by ensuring each family receives meaningful, high-quality memorial pieces. Graphic Design Responsibilities Create print-ready designs for memorial products Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and maintain quality Bring creativity and innovation to every project Customer Service Responsibilities Communicate with clients by phone and email Process and manage orders with accuracy and care Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery What We’re Looking For Design Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign required) Degree or certificate in Graphic Design (or related field) from an accredited institution Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate in a team setting Customer Service Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A calm, professional, and compassionate demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday–Saturday) Pay: $18.00 per hour + bonus pay opportunities Schedule Options: 8-hour shift, 10-hour shift, overtime available 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Education Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience 1 year of Adobe InDesign (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Life Celebration, Inc.
