Call Center Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to support sales campaigns
• Engage prospects and customers, identify needs, and recommend solutions
• Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and quality KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately document interactions in CRM and follow compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with team leads and coaches to improve performance
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, scripts, and CX tools
• Provide professional, customer-focused service that supports client brand standards
