This role develops compelling content that educates customers, supports business development, strengthens recruiting efforts, and positions Innovative as the industry's trusted technical authori ty. Working closely with engineering, sales, service, recruiting, and executive leadership, this individual transforms complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and strategically aligned content across multiple channels. Beyond content creation, the Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining the company's editorial calendar, identifying future content opportunities, coordinating customer success stories, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-value marketing ass ets. This position is ideal for an experienced B2B content marketer who enjoys learning technical subject matter, interviewing subject matter experts, telling customer stories, and building content strategies that generate measurable business im pact.
