Key Responsibilities Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist customers in exploring digital banking tools and provide guidance on available products and services. Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals to financial partners. Support operational and customer service activities while minimizing risks. Build relationships with customers through integrity, professionalism, and excellent service delivery. Qualifications Minimum 6+ months of customer service or related experience (banking, retail, or similar). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Cash handling experience preferred. Ability to follow established procedures and meet compliance requirements. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
