Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize telemarketing lists to generate consistent service appointments. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule service appointments. Collaborate with the service team to align telemarketing efforts with business needs and capacities. Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals. Build and maintain positive customer relationships, representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. Qualifications Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales-driven role.
